While almost all cameras use Infrared lighting to illuminate nighttime scenes, This camera intensifies any ambient lighting to deliver a better, clearer and sharper picture a night.  Additionally some thieves can spot IR in use and avoid detection. They can’t with this camera because it emits no IR light.
